UV-resistant and Anti-static Solutions

Application fields: the wire and optical cables with the requirements of UV-resistant and anti-static to the sheathing materials and needing to pass the UL VW-1 test.Product features:

1. Excellent UV-resistant property, after irradiated for 168 hours in the QUV testing box, ΔE<1. The testing parameters are as follows:

Irradiance: 0.35W/m2; illumination: 4 hours illumination(UVA 340nm), 60℃ temperature; Condensation: 4 hours condensation, 50℃ temperature: The total time: 168 hours.

2. A long-term and stabilized anti-static property with the surface resistance reaching up to108Ω/square, and it can realize the matching of various kinds of colors;

3. The two properties above can either reach the standard simultaneously or be achieved respectively;

4. Mechanical property: in support of the wire to pass every item corresponding test of UL1581/758/62 and the non-migration test, standout elasticity;

5. Temperature resistant rate: in support of the wire to pass the UL 80℃/105℃ jacket test;

6. The flame rating: UL 94 V0 vertical burning, in full support of the wire to pass the UL VW-1 and CSA FT-4;

7. Appearance: comfortable and smooth, well-distributed exquisite; excellent wear-resistant property; providing glossy, semi-matte, and matte surface products for selection;

8. Excellent processing efficiency and property, not only just using PVC screw machine, it can realize the productive efficiency of forty to eighty meters per minute, but also appears very few imperfections in during processing such as salivation, particles, bumps, and pocking marks, etc.
